  • The trip to Lake Baikal was one of the most beautiful I have ever made. The landscape aspect is definitely to put first: the environment is unique and truly incredible. Yuliya managed the organizational part very well: his experience and knowledge of the places contributed in a decisive way to the success of the trip. I conclude by noting that ten days are not enough to fully enjoy this wonderful Lake.

  • Lake Baikal... my first major trip I'll hardly forget. 10 days organized at the top with the guide of Yuliya Vassilyeva through breathtaking landscapes: fun hovercraft tours over the lake, ice with unique textures, caves full of stalactites, Islands, headlands and characteristic villages. A trip that I will definitely do again 😍

  • Highly recommended, it was my first experience in Siberia with all the related concerns, but I returned with the desire to return as soon as possible, to live 5 days with the family of Vitali (Nenet) and accompanied by Yuliya it was a truly experience only. I would also add that a really good group has been created among us participants, I hope to share other new experiences with them.

  • I participated in the winter photographic trip on Lake Baikal. Very positive experience, punctual organization and available to concerted variations with the group. Breathtaking environments, impossible to explore without the right local organization and knowledge of the places to visit.
    Thanks for everything Yuliya, we hope to organize some more trips soon!

  • I visited Lake Bajkal a few months ago, with a group led by Yuliya. The experience itself was unique, the excitement of walking and playing on a completely frozen lake at (today) extreme temperatures was absolutely satisfying.
    Yuliya proved to be an excellent group leader, taking care of everyone's needs, integrating in the best way possible with each participant so that everyone could come out more enriched in every aspect from this photographic experience.

Travel photographer. Born in Kazakhstan. Moved to Italy in 2006. She works as a freelance photographer, her photos have been published in various magazines. Speaks english, Italian and Russian. Take part in the TV show "Il Mondo Insieme" with Licia Colò. Her videos were broadcasted by TV La7 in Licia Colò's program "Eden - a planet to save" .
With enthusiasm she embodies the dream of traveling all over the world.

She has traveled to over 50 countries.

Her destinations are often arctic. She organizes photographic tours in Russia: in Yamal (anthropological nature with the Nenets people), Komi Republic, Lake Baikal, Altai Mountains, Kamchatka. New destination: Bolivia.

In Iceland she is part as guide of the Italian tourist agency based in Reykjavik "Hidden World Travel" and with them for many years she has been organizing photographic tours throughout the Icelandic territory. She has also published a photographic book about Iceland.
